A heater that has good thermal conductivity and can achieve a high heating effect.
The "band heater" is a thin cylindrical electric heating element made of mica insulation, used for heating the cylinders of plastic molding machines such as injection molding machines, as well as for heating cylindrical parts of pipelines. It features a structure where the heating wire is insulated with heat-resistant mica sheets and the outer circumference is covered with stainless steel plates. It is lightweight and highly flexible, with a smooth contact surface that ensures good contact, allowing for excellent thermal conductivity and high heating efficiency. Additionally, we also offer a flat heater called the "space heater."
